•     The Faces of Manhood Initiative is a presidential level initiative with a mission to produce                         academically  superior, morally conscious leaders, for stimulating dialogue and increasing literacy           about masculinities,   sex, sexuality, sexual expression, and healthy relationships in the context of the        world gender order of      the 21st century. We seek to better understand the institution’s role in            providing the best educational       experience that models the ideals of the “renaissance vision of the        college.”
•     Infuse issues of masculinities, sex, sexuality, accountability, risk-taking behaviors, sexual identity, and         sexual expression into existing courses or develop interdisciplinary course modules across the                curriculum.
•     Establish an active “ambassador leadership peer-to-peer” student cohort program-Critical Thinking        Leaders (CTL) advancing the most enlightened exchange of knowledge on relevant issues.
•     Facilitate a harbor that provides an open and enlightened conversation, that is to develop a common       language for discussion of sexuality and sexual expression in the context of an all-male, and                         predominantly black community.
•     Examine existing formal and informal structures, policies and recommend changes that foster greater        inclusion.
•     Establish a curriculum module focused on issues of masculinities, sex, sexuality, sexual identity, and          sexual expression as an ongoing feature of Freshman Assembly.
•     Establish an educational Center of Excellence for the Scientific Study of Masculinities (CESS-M)
